Rachael was born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada & graduated from the University of Toronto with an honors Bachelor of Arts. She  made her way to the US for law school attending St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas and started her career in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. She quickly found a passion and skill in personal injury cases & advanced her reputation rapidly obtaining the prestigious recognition of being included in the Million Dollar Advocates forum for attorneys resolving cases over $1M. After having her first child, she moved to Florida to be closer to family while continuing her Texas practice of law remotely. Seeing the need in her own community for more a more personalized approach to handling injury cases, she opted to address the need herself in opening Stevenson Legal Counsel PLLC.

In her personal life, Rachael is married to her husband who she met in law school & is a fellow attorney. Together they have 2 wonderful daughters. Most of her personal time is spent with her kids, taking part in fun family activities in her local community. She also enjoys playing mahjong and tennis, and love to take advantage of the southwest Florida weather, being outside whenever she can.
